Turn off the e-mail notification

Could someone please go throught the options required to kill the e-mail notifacation?

I've gone through and unsubscribed a couple of times and they keep coming.

My trigger finger is twitching violently and somehow, I can't figure this out.

36 e-mail messages in 12 hours.......after I just fucking unsubscribed to about 8 this afternoon!?

There is a tiny percentage chance I have not done it correctly

I’ve never subscribed to a thread. Nothing I’ve ever posted was so important that I had to spring into action if someone disputed it.

Somehow I screwed up and reset the default. Now I have to make sure I'm not subscribed to every thread.

I'm always hovering here anyway so it's not necessary to have the email notification.
