Make me a welder

Ok. I've put this off long enough. I need someone to take a Taz & make a welder out of him. For my cards. I'll try to compensate who ever for their time. Copywrite laws, I don't know or care. BUt the photo below, if someone could put a hood on him, acutting torch in one hand and a welding lead in other I would be

No damn hard hat. Real welders have a hard head anyway.
Well I can't find the damn photo, but I'd like his arms moved to do the things I said above. Ok I found the damn thing.
