Any good pickle recipes?

The battle with the cucumber beetles is over, The cukes are not only big enough to defend themselves, but the beetles are doing a fair amount of pollenating.

I have about five varieties of pickling cukes going and I'm harvesting about 2-3 gallons of cukes a day.

Anyone have any good recipes for pickles or relish?

There was an awesome site called picklenet.com which had recipes from all over the world for all kinds of pickles, relishes, and chutneys. It seems to be gone now. I'm bummed that I didn't archive it.
