I usually don't get flipped out by non-representational art, but rothko's stuff just hits a nerve with me. The color choices and textures are just too perfect, and it seems odd to say, but the emotional content of his work is very real and very evident.

Enough artsy fartsy stuff. I knows what I likes, and I likes me some mark rothko.
