xant Belt Conveyor Join Date: Feb 2002 Posts: 65	The porcupine evolved this defense to keep from getting attacked and eaten, right? Looks to me like it didn't work. I suspect rather a lot of dogs would keep attacking that thing no matter how many spines they collected. Dogs are too dumb for this kind of defense to work, and besides, he'll heal. Sucks to be the porcupine.
