Add another 1), making your 1) 1a)

AFTER boy screamed obscenities at girls during negotiations, Judge issues warning to "settle or contempt" letting guy off hook for meantime if you ask me. Boy still couldn't keep his mealy-mouth shut, so THEN judge says "alrighty then, little man, I got your contempt of court right here, as pre-warned"

I applaud the judge.
