Goose, gander. I am a pretty good cook; I enjoy sharing and satisfying appetites. One contributing factor to my success in the kitchen is that I taste what I make, adjusting as I go. Continuous quality control like this helps me understand how a sensual pleasure such food will be perceived. It's true I love to cook, but for me to be a *good* cook, I also have to love to eat.
