Sure, only we don't really turn over anyone important - just round up a few scapegoats who are expendable like in that old Australian film, "Breaker Morant." Hmmmm, any colonials we don't much care for who are on our side in Iraq? I know! Let's turn some Canadian over to the new Iraqui government. No one will miss a few of them. Yes, it was a Canadian plot!
